We have a news feed too
Everytime we tell someone about lifeblob, the discussion inevitably comes to “news feed”. And when we disclose that we have not implemented one yet, we get a how-can-you-have-a-social-network-without-news-feed look.
The good thing is that we will not need to say that anymore since we also have a news feed now. It looks a little facebook-ish right now, but hey, this is the first version – keep your eyes open as this evolves in the future versions.

It would be great to have settings for the feeds. Like to refine what are the updates i want…
Because,
1. I might not be interested to get an update about an unknown person getting tagged in my friends album.
2. I do not want to get updates from friends of friends. etc.

Agree – we are working on this and also merging multiple feed entries generated by a actions on a single post into one unit.
You will see some of these updates rolling out shortly.
